Alcohol Policy & Service Disclaimer
The Running Spout is a dry hire mobile bar service. We do not hold a liquor license and, in accordance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations, The Running Spout does NOT purchase, sell, or provide alcohol in any form.
All alcohol must be purchased and supplied by the client or through a licensed third-party retailer.
The Running Spout may assist with general recommendations, quantity guidance, and coordination; however, we do not handle or facilitate the sale, transaction, or resale of alcoholic beverages.
By booking our services, the client acknowledges full responsibility for the purchase and ownership of all alcohol at the event and agrees to comply with all applicable laws in Texas.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or under legal drinking age.
