Payment & Booking Policy?
To secure your event date, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
For your convenience, we also offer custom payment plans during this period upon request. Let us know what works best for you, and we’ll help set it up.
Are you insured? Absolutely.
We carry comprehensive general liability coverage up to $2 million, along with liquor liability insurance to ensure peace of mind for you and your guests.
Will you travel?
Let us know your event location, we’re happy to travel up to 45 miles at no extra cost.
For events beyond 45 miles, a travel fee of $0.70 per mile (based on the 2025 standard mileage rate) will apply.
Do you have any Mocktail options?
We’d be happy to help create a delicious mocktail menu for your event! Some of our past favorites include Cucumber Water, Watermelon Refresher, and a refreshing Margarita Mocktail. Get in touch, we’d love to share more creative and crowd pleasing mocktail ideas with you!

Can you help me calculate how much alcohol I need for my event?
Once your event date is secured, we’ll use your guest count and event duration to calculate exactly how much alcohol you’ll need. We consider your guests’ drink preferences and use our alcohol calculator to ensure you don’t overbuy or run short. This helps you stay on budget and choose the specific brands you love.
